Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• Authors must strictly follow double blind peer review policy, where authors' names and affiliations do not appear in the paper.
• The submission has not been previously published, nor it is submitted before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in pdf or Microsoft Word format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Once the paper is assigned to the reviewer(s), the paper cannot be withdrawn.
• If author(s) wants to withdraw the paper after the 1st round or review then the author(s) must pay the reviewer's fees i.e., (as per the policy of HEC)
• Five maximum number of authors are allowed in an article.
• Same author is not allowed to publish more than one paper per issue.
• For an individual issue only two research articles of an organization will be published.
• This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that it does not give away their identity.
• While submitting the article it is mandatory to add all the authors, their affiliations and email-addresses at "Meta Data" Section.
• At the time of article submission, following two things are required
  
  1)Title Form.docx
  
  2)Initial Submission Format (Complete article without Author's name and affiliation)
